I got Jasper from the SPCA and he's a real delight. Jasper is a real people person and loves smooches and lots of cuddles. Loves to curl up in the sunshine. He'll even sneak under the blankets for the night.

George - Boy
Age 7

George is my boy,but really I should say I am his, as cats own you not the other way! As a kitten, he was extremely inquisitive, getting into absolutely everything, hence the name 'Curious George'. He has some bizarre habits including dipping his paw into abandoned glasses and vases, preferring to drink running water from the tap and water from the toilet rather than from his bowl. He happily lazes on the back of chairs which must be very uncomfortable and has no qualms about facing up to our huge dog. He talks too - his favourite words are "Maaaaaaarm" - translate "Mum" and "Naaaaaaarrrw" - translate "No!".

Ralph moved in with us about 5 years ago. He just decided he liked us and never left. We have no idea where he came from. He seems to have blended in with our other 2 cats and our dog, but he's DEFINITELY the boss!

Lizzie is a beautiful big Maine Coon cat. She is a very affectionate and highly intelligent cat. She weighs over 7 kg so she's very large! She loves to head butt and follows Mum through to bed every night! Lizzie loves to keep a close eye on her family and can usually be found in the same room with everyone else! She's a much loved member of our family.

Age 1

Raffi is our youngest of 3 ragdolls, he rules the house, even our 2 welshie puppies, who he play fights with and winds up all day long! He sleeps either tucked up with me or across my legs and spreads out as long as he can. If you leave him in a room and go into another he soon lets you know and comes worrying along to find you! He will eat nothing but your new range virgin tuna!!!

Willow- Girl
Age 5

Mishka is our baby, his mum was pedigreed Persian (looks like a Maine Coon) and dad was the local tom cat. Mishka is 18.8 years old, he loves cuddles, and to be brushed, he sleeps at night cuddled up in the arms of his mum, but sleeps on his dad while watching tv. Mishka runs the house. Mishka best friend is Mini our other cat, she is 5 years old. Mishka caught his 1st bird of what we know a couple of months back, he was so proud of himself. Mishka loves Fancy Feast Royale. With his large solid body, bushy tail and maine with his sweet expression, it's no wonder Mishka is known as "The Gentle Giant."

Oakley is my prode and joy. I have had hime since he was 7 weeks old and saved him from being destroyed that afternoon at the SPCA. He has an amazing personality and looks like he is an avid gardner. Who can resist this face.

Possum is a real funny cat, I've had her since she was a kitten and she enjoys thinking that she's the baby of the house and gets really jealous if I'm holding a baby and not paying attention to her. She also gets really sulky but won't let anyone pick her up.

A huge thank you to those of you who attended our FANCY FEAST stand at the Auckland and Wellington Food Show. It was fabulous to have so many of our consumers share their thoughts, stories and preferences with us. We loved meeting each and every one of you and hope all of your cats enjoyed their free sample of new FANCY FEAST Royale. A special mention goes out to our biggest fan at the Auckland Food Show - Grant. Grant’s cat Mr Tinks is a devoted FANCY FEAST enthusiast, eating nothing other than his favourite FANCY FEAST Royale flavour - Virgin Flaked Tuna. Demon is a noisy, noisy Lavender Oriental who disdainfully shares his house with a dog named Maya. His favourite hobbies are chasing balls of rolled-up tin foil and torturing said dog. His favourite food is Fancy Feast Chicken Feast in Gravy, (marinated morsels).

Congratulations Mel!

Our very own Melissa was married in style recently at a picture perfect ceremony held at Cassels, located on Auckland’s Scenic Drive, in the Waitakere Ranges. With the beautiful New Zealand native bush as the backdrop and views over the surrounding valleys, the couple said “I do” surrounded by close friends and family.

Felicity was, of course, by Melissa’s side all morning as the stunning bride prepared for her perfect day.

The most beautiful cat in the world and a nature that goes with it! Chloe adopted us after our 18 year old cat passed away - squeezed herself thru the bathroom window and made herself at home!! Max is the most intelligent seal point Siamese I've ever met. One day a painter was working next door and Max jumped into his van and walked home with a brand new paint brush in his mouth! He has a voracious appetite and just loves Fancy feast salmon - 9 tins a week! Very talkative & loves affection.

Age 5

Car-ly is her name as she was living in a hedge next to a car yard in Greenlane, Auckland 3 years ago. The salesmen where feeding her and looking after her. The men knew that it wasn't the best place for her (due to the many foot prints over the cars and fur in the boots and seats and getting locked in occasionally!). She needed a home. So they reluctantly had to also offer her for sale too!

We came along and couldn't resist. We bought a car with a free cat! We got her home and she loved it immediately - especially our hedge! She is a very timid little girl but loves company and running up and down our hallway at full speed with a belly of fancy feast!

Lily is the most outgoing friendly kitten I have ever met. She loves snuggling up under the blankets at night and loves to follow me everywhere. Her curiosity can sometimes lead her to trouble but the ring from her bell on her collar means she never goes far from home. Lily loves going for rides in the car and has often been found in the back of my visitors cars waiting to go for a drive..

Guntha – Boy
Age 5

Affectionately nicknamed "little freak of nature" because of his one blue eye and one orange eye, Guntha is the most affectionate, loyal kitty you could hope to find. He craves company and is happiest when he is within paw touching distance of you. He attempts to befriend other kitties in our street with varying degrees of success but hisses, howls and flying claws never seem to deter this happy little cat from trying again. His ability to outpurr the sound of the telly is legendary amongst our friends and sleeping while he is purring on the bed beside you is near impossible. He is a delightful and irreplaceable member of our family.
